The Firm advises its clients on all relevant issues of tax law, including the setting up of an operation, mergers and acquisitions as well as any other corporate and finance transaction covering all pertinent aspects under Italian law as well as international taxation issues.

The services offered include drafting opinions on corporate taxation and international taxation, with particular regard to issues underlying double taxation and intra-group transactions, formulating domestic and international appeals and ruling requests and assisting before tax offices and authorities, including the Courts.
