Fabrizio De Tommaso graduated in Law from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2005.
With two decades of experience, he specializes in advisory and litigation related to real estate law, representing leading SGRs (Società di Gestione del Risparmio) and supplementary pension funds.
He has gained significant experience in medical professional liability litigation, on behalf of professionals and medical facilities.
Additionally, Fabrizio has served as a lecturer for prominent banking institutes on anti-money laundering matters and has been involved for years in related litigation on behalf of financial intermediaries under Legislative Decree 231/2007.
He actively participates in various Arbitral Committees as a President and has authored numerous arbitral awards.
